terms and conditions

I currently work in three mediums:

• Acrylic on Canvas (various sizes)

• Watercolour & Pen Ink on 300gsm Watercolour Paper

• Pen on 500gsm Card

We will have pre-agreed on one of the medium and material combinations as seen above.

Price will be quoted, subject to additional postage & packaging costs.

Commissions under £100 require full pre-payment upfront.

Commissions over £100 require 50% deposit to be paid at time of commencement, followed by the remaining 50% paid upon receipt of the digital copy.

A quote will be sent via Stripe, alongside a personalised commissions contract specifying our arrangement.

Returns are not accepted. If the Collector does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the Collector may refuse. In this case, Holly Inks will retain 50% of the amount paid. In some situations, an “exchange” for an alternative original or print may be possible.

If the Collector wish to make any amendments to the artwork that is not in line with the pre agreed terms (eg: size, colour, style) and/or information provided above, these will be charged at £50 p/change and added on to the final balance.

Commissions may take anywhere from 7 days to 10 weeks dependent on various factors and Holly Inks current workload. This will be estimated to you through communication.

All artwork is packaged to prevent damage & damp.

Items are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or alternative courier for larger items. Tracking available on request.

Holly Inks retains all copyright of the images to use for website or social purposes unless a different arrangement is agreed in advance. Art that includes a visible facesand/or features will be cropped out of any post.

All commissions, particularly those of an erotic nature are fully confidential.
