Need some deets…
Hello all! Given the nature of the project, the sensitivity of the subject matter and for your reassurance & ours, all models will be required to sign a Model Release Form and a Non Disclosure Agreement.
Fill out the form and shortly after you’ll receive both documents via email to fill in. If you can sign & return to me digitally in advance great, if not please let me know and we can do these the old fashioned way on the day (paper & pen). No shoot will commence without these both being signed by all parties.
If you’re bringing along a plus +1 whether it’s friend, colleague, partner etc they will also need to fill the appropriate forms. (Example: If they may be getting nude, both forms. If they will just be watching the NDA only.)
